Hey there,
My name’s Tal Sam, and I’m the owner of Luxury Homes Design & Build.
I’ve been in the luxury construction game for 18 years now, working on everything from new builds and extensions to full‑scale renovations across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, London and Surrey.
Along the way I also built a successful marketing company, which might sound unrelated, but it taught me how to keep big, complex projects running smoothly without letting anything slip through the cracks.
One of the things I love most is seeing an old and tired looking property transform into a spacious and luxury new look family home.
However, a big problem is that a lot of construction companies fail to deliver exactly what the customer wants… and it happens way too much for my liking.
Deadlines drag, corners are cut, and promises are broken.
So, I decided we’d be the company that actually does what we say we will do.
Over the years I’ve fine‑tuned every part of our process, from the systems to the teams to the timing.
It means when you work with us, your home isn’t just done to a high standard…..it’s done to the HIGHEST standard…
